Task: implementation of sending both individual (information on a particular sales outlet) and massive (general news of the company) messages.

Solution: online messaging for agents. This feature became one of the ways of efficient communication with in-field employees. It is no longer necessary to gather all SRs in the office. An advantage over a telephone call: your message will be kept in the PDA, so information will always be available and the SR won’t forget to complete the task.

Photo report

Task: additional SR control method, quick retrieval of data on products at all sales outlets.

Solution: photo report functional is implemented in ST-Mobile Trade. It allows to quickly retrieve information on each sales outlet and keep the history of change to be able to compare before and after statuses. Upon analyzing several offers, specialists of the distributor and managers of Pepsi-Cola opted for the best solution in the area of mobile trade available on the Russian market: system of automation of distribution processes ST-Mobile Trade developed by System Technologies Company.

Choice in favor of System Technologies Company was mainly influenced by the following factors:

1. Presence of their own successful business in the area of FMCG distribution.

2. An extremely flexible software structure which allows to meet both distributor requirements for 1C integration and requirements of Pepsi-Cola management for visit reporting of sales representatives.
